How Engagements Work
No opaque process. No vague SOWs. Every engagement has clear phases, defined deliverables, and fixed timelines — so you know exactly what you are getting and when.

Process Questions
What happens in the free discovery call?
30 minutes, structured conversation — not a sales pitch. We discuss your current challenge, project context, team structure, timeline, and constraints. You will leave with at least one useful insight regardless of whether we proceed. I will be honest if I am not the right fit for what you need.
How quickly can an engagement start?
Kick-off is typically within 5–7 business days of contract sign-off, depending on stakeholder availability for the initial interview sessions. For urgent timelines, a faster start may be possible — discuss this on the discovery call.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
All engagements are conducted remotely by default — which is workable for the vast majority of requirements and strategy work. For specific workshop sessions requiring in-person facilitation, on-site arrangements can be discussed case-by-case.
What does a retainer arrangement look like?
Monthly retainers typically involve 2–3 structured working sessions per week: a planning call, a working session for document review or analysis, and a stakeholder sync. Between sessions, questions and clarifications are handled asynchronously. Minimum commitment is 3 months.
What do you need from us before starting?
For an AI Readiness Audit or strategy engagement: access to 4–6 key stakeholders for interviews, basic documentation of current processes (even informal notes), and a clear executive sponsor with decision-making authority. For requirements work: access to the relevant business stakeholders and any existing documentation (even incomplete).
