    An As-Is Process represents the existing workflow, operational structure, tasks, systems, and interactions currently used within an organization. It is commonly documented during business analysis, digital transformation, process optimization, and system implementation projects to understand how processes function before redesign or automation. As-Is Process analysis helps organizations identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, redundancies, and improvement opportunities while establishing a baseline for future-state process design and operational transformation initiatives.
