The platform continuously tracks campaign activities, task progress, team performance, dependencies, deadlines, and escalation events. An intelligent risk engine automatically identifies overdue tasks, blocked workflows, silent team members, and launch risks. Automated escalation workflows ensure issues are surfaced to the right stakeholders at the right time. The solution includes real-time dashboards, campaign management, team management, client intelligence, reporting automation, public client portals, API integrations, mobile accessibility, feature management, and multi-tenant SaaS administration. The architecture was designed using Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Ingest, Redis, and modern cloud-native principles. The platform supports agency founders, managers, team members, and platform administrators through role-based access controls and scalable SaaS infrastructure. The objective was to help agencies reduce delivery failures, improve operational efficiency, increase project visibility, and create a repeatable framework for campaign execution at scale.

    Grreh is a curated eCommerce marketplace focused on home décor, home furnishing, kitchenware, gifting products, and lifestyle brands. My involvement extended beyond website development and included strategic marketplace growth initiatives focused on vendor acquisition, commercial partnerships, and marketplace expansion. The project required identifying and onboarding suitable vendor partners, evaluating product categories, negotiating commercial agreements, defining commission structures, and optimizing profit margins across multiple product segments. A structured vendor onboarding framework was established to ensure smooth integration of new suppliers while maintaining platform quality standards. I collaborated with marketplace stakeholders to improve vendor acquisition processes, streamline onboarding workflows, establish partnership guidelines, and create scalable growth mechanisms for category expansion. The initiative also involved business analysis activities such as market research, competitor benchmarking, vendor qualification assessment, pricing strategy evaluation, profitability analysis, and operational process optimisation. The result was a stronger vendor ecosystem, expanded product assortment, improved supplier relationships, enhanced marketplace economics, and a scalable framework for future marketplace growth.

Special emphasis was placed on creating a seamless user experience, intuitive product browsing, responsive design, SEO optimization, seller conversion flows, and scalable marketplace architecture. The final platform supports customer acquisition, seller growth, transaction management, and long-term marketplace scalability. The project demonstrates expertise in eCommerce strategy, marketplace architecture, UX design, conversion optimisation, SEO implementation, digital commerce operations, and full-stack website development.
