Context
Project Overview
Campaign Sentinel is a SaaS platform developed for marketing agencies and creative teams to monitor campaign health, identify risks before they become critical issues, and improve operational visibility.
The platform continuously tracks campaign activities, task progress, team performance, dependencies, deadlines, and escalation events. An intelligent risk engine automatically identifies overdue tasks, blocked workflows, silent team members, and launch risks. Automated escalation workflows ensure issues are surfaced to the right stakeholders at the right time.
The solution includes real-time dashboards, campaign management, team management, client intelligence, reporting automation, public client portals, API integrations, mobile accessibility, feature management, and multi-tenant SaaS administration.
The architecture was designed using Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Ingest, Redis, and modern cloud-native principles. The platform supports agency founders, managers, team members, and platform administrators through role-based access controls and scalable SaaS infrastructure.
The objective was to help agencies reduce delivery failures, improve operational efficiency, increase project visibility, and create a repeatable framework for campaign execution at scale.
