Project Overview
Grreh is a curated eCommerce marketplace focused on home décor, home furnishing, kitchenware, gifting products, and lifestyle brands. The platform brings together independent brands and homegrown businesses under a single digital commerce ecosystem.
My involvement extended beyond website development and included strategic marketplace growth initiatives focused on vendor acquisition, commercial partnerships, and marketplace expansion.
The project required identifying and onboarding suitable vendor partners, evaluating product categories, negotiating commercial agreements, defining commission structures, and optimizing profit margins across multiple product segments. A structured vendor onboarding framework was established to ensure smooth integration of new suppliers while maintaining platform quality standards.
I collaborated with marketplace stakeholders to improve vendor acquisition processes, streamline onboarding workflows, establish partnership guidelines, and create scalable growth mechanisms for category expansion.
The initiative also involved business analysis activities such as market research, competitor benchmarking, vendor qualification assessment, pricing strategy evaluation, profitability analysis, and operational process optimisation.
The result was a stronger vendor ecosystem, expanded product assortment, improved supplier relationships, enhanced marketplace economics, and a scalable framework for future marketplace growth.
